Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed either via the AOK Transfers online booking system or when confirmed via a member of our team.

Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding all transfer details, such as passenger amount, pick-up/drop-off locations, flight numbers and times.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as quoted and include all applicable taxes.

AOK Transfers reserves the right to adjust pricing for each quote, as we may waive certain amenity costs or add on costs for items such as additional pickup locations, luggage trailer usage etc.

Once quoted, your price will not change.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled pickup time are entitled to a refund.

AOK Transfers reserves the right to withhold the paid amount within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

AOK Transfers may also still provide a refund within the 24-hour time frame prior to a scheduled pickup, depending on the individual circumstance.

4. Changes to Bookings

Any requested changes to a booking must be made known to AOK Transfers as soon as possible.

Requested changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs dependent on the nature of the request, this is applicable whereby the original quote would have been higher in price with the new changes.

5. Pickupand Drop-off

Clients are required to be ready to leave at the agreed booking time for departing transfers.

Our driver will wait up to a maximum of 30 minutes for a departing transfer before it is considered a “no-show”.

Drivers will make the decision to either wait beyond the 30 minutes or to leave, this depends on time constraints for the driver and bookings.

The client must be at the agreed pickup location for departing transfers.

For pickups, our driver will communicate exactly where to be for pickup at the airport or pickup location.

6. Flight Delays

In the unfortunate event that an inbound flight is delayed, AOK Transfers will make every effort to still provide a transfer service.

A delay may push a booking into a timeframe where it becomes unavailable, in this event, AOK Transfers will refund any payments made for the transfer.

If an outbound flight is delayed, AOK Transfers may be able to adjust the pickup time to suit, however if this is unavailable, the original booking time still stands.

7. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Clients are expected to take full responsibility for their personal belongings.

AOK Transfers is not responsible for lost or damaged property of the client.

For any suspected items that are believed to have been left in an AOK vehicle, please contact us immediately.

8. Refusal of Service

AOK Transfers reserves the right to refuse service to any client that may be intoxicated, abusive or if they pose a safety risk.

If services are refused due to the above, no refund will be issued.

9. Legal

Clients must adhere to all local laws and regulations, including wearing seat belts.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
