  • How do I book?
    At the moment, bookings are best done by completing the form most relevant to the service you need in the "Book Now" section of our website (see the top menu). Please submit any relevant details and we can come back to you with pricing for your consideration, and confirmations from there.
  • How many people can you service?
    We offer services for individuals through to groups of 11.
  • Do you offer chauffeur services
    Absolutely. We can offer private-car services for you next day or night out, whether it's a local dinner or event to get you home safely. You can also book AOK for something a little further from home like a girls weekend, Daylesford spa day, Melbourne shopping trip, sporting event or horse races, casino and more. Pricing available on enquiry.
  • Do you cater for children and infants?
    We sure do. We can offer baby and booster seats as part of your transfer or booking - the whole family is welcome, of course.
  • Do you offer on-call service?
    Our services are typically by booking only, to ensure our clients' needs are met. On accassion we may be able to service on short notice, but to avoid disappointment we strongly recommend booking in advance.
  • What is your cancelation policy?
    No shows or lack of notifying the driver of changes to your schedule are non refundable.
  • Do you offer pet transport services
    Yes we do. Please enquire with your specific needs to see if we can help.
  • Do you accept payment on the day?
    No, our driver does not accept payment on the day. It must be pre-paid .
  • How do I pay?
    We accept all major credit cards or direct deposits through Frank ford travel
  • What currency do you accept?
    All prices are quoted and acceptable in $AUD
  • Are there any hidden fees?
    A bank service fee of up to 5% is applied to payments made by credit card the fee depends on the card you use .
